What you’re describing doesn’t sound like expected behavior, especially if it was working previously under your Tier 1 plan. There may be something specific going on with your account that we’ll need to review on our end.
Would I be able to utilize this software to make my own Discord bots from scratch? And if so, would I be able to implement slash commands for them as well? (i.e. /settings)

A: Hi, Not natively, no. Noem.ai is great for building AI chatbots and connecting them to supported channels and tools, but it is not currently a native Discord bot builder for creating standalone Discord bots with built-in slash commands like /settings. You could still use Noem.ai behind the scenes through APIs/webhooks if you have your own custom Discord bot infrastructure.
I have Tier 2.. (Love it!) I would like to upgrade. If I get another tier 2, will that give me tier 3 or 4? How does it work? I have had my tier 2 for less than 30 days... Thanks!

First off, your support bot is awesome! I wish everyone's support bot was trained so well. I did stump it on one question... Can I use Noem.ai’s external integrations to connect to WooCommerce REST API from a client’s WordPress site with an AppSumo account or do I need to do a "Professional" upgrade? If I do, how much is that upgrade? Thanks!
