Q: Performance, Appsumo client and next step

Hello, I would like to ask you a couple of questions. First of all I've been testing your free account and works pretty well regarding the way it processes the information but it get very stucked and freezed before giving the answers. It seems it demands a lot of browser resources. Is it always like that?.. I mean, I couldn't youse that tab anymore until the bot gave me the answers. I'm afraid this could be an issue. Another question is about being an Appsumo customer. It happend to me with another purchase that new features and optimizations were released and we got left aside from all this and were like the bad guys or pain in the as* because we were a liability. Can you asure this will not happen?. The last question is related to next steps. I really need whatsapp integration, Cname, full translation, human takover and Zapier. Thks.

Can a web visitor simply push to talk and interact with voice?
Does it support multiple language in text and voice (is available)?
Can the same bot integrate into social platforms to give a similar seamless experience?

It certainly does support multilingual support. As the chatbot requires to be put into the website code, you can install it to wherever you have access to that code. Q: GDPR and customizing

Interesting tool! I have two questions:

1. The chat window can only be customized in Tier 3? So the small logo at the top left and the texts on the button etc.? So the Website customer always sees advertising for NoForm?

2. What about the GDPR? Where is the data collected, where are the servers? If the customer enters his data such as e-mail address or telephone number, then this is personally relevant data that must not leave the EU.

The chat window can be customized with every tier. With tier 1 and 2 you can change the style of the window to match your brand colors. You can modify pretty much everything related to AI behaviour, starter question and suggested responses. What Tier 3 unlocks is an ability to remove NoForm branding line for resellers.

Q: Swedish / Pre-fixed questions / Conditional Logic

Hello!

We have a client that wants the chat to have "bubbles"... with "I am customer" "I am not customer" and then if they take "i am customer", they will get new questions, etc.

Is this possible?

And is it possible to write to the customers through this software?

It should be possible to provide the instructions to the AI to lead a conversation in a different direction depending on the answer. It is also possible to set up two quick responses that you mentioned.

NoForm doesn't allow to write to the customers in the chat. It is fully AI operated.
