A: Hi,
Good question. Cold calling works a bit differently from the video meetings the AppSumo deal covers. Two options:
1. We can integrate directly with your cold calling/dialer provider, which pulls calls in automatically. This is offered separately from the AppSumo plan since it requires a different integration setup, but pricing is reasonable - happy to walk you through it.
Can questions and objectives be exported programmatically in bulk? That would serve is a great data for messaging / content. Also can we auto import a leads crm card with the data from the call with the prospect in GoHighLevel?

The full platform (dashboard, reports, web app) currently isn't available as whitelabel, only the in-meeting bot can be customized. If the bot customization fits what you need, ping me at [email protected] and I'll get you set up.

Q: How long does the processing of a manually added recording take?
For almost two hours, the application has been processing a 30-minute teleconference recording. Does the application always take this long to process manually added conference recordings?

Live bot recordings (when Stella joins the meeting directly) typically process in under 5 minutes. Manually uploaded files go through a heavier processing pipeline, speaker identification and analysis on raw video is significantly more complex than on live calls where Stella has clean per-participant audio streams. Do you plan to introduce a feature in the future where meetings could be recorded using the Chrome extension only, without Stella joining the call directly as a bot?
Hi Tomek, yes, looking into it. The challenge is that Nonverbia analyzes video for non-verbal cues, not just audio, so the extension would be heavy on browser memory, storage, and upload bandwidth. We're actively exploring how to make it work without compromising stability. We're also reworking the website soon and provide high-level roadmap there. Regards, David
