Q: Would you consider adding integrations for LearnDash LMS?

Hi, I am mainly interested in integration. Would you consider adding Learndash LMS integration and also FluentCommunity and ProfilePress WP plugin, which is currently on Appsumo. If you would consider adding those to your roadmap, I would definitely be interested in purchasing your product, or at least try it out to see if it’s as good as it seems.

I was going to tell you that the pricing of...

Q: Great Product but Accounts and pricing

Like other avid Sumoligers have mentioned that accounts vs pricing is not fairly allocated. I would understand the Unlimited and the can of worms it opens, usually a 3 account or anything 5 or less is priced no more than $49 and then work on the sale for a few days and indicate a price increase... You didn't allow us the chance to purchase at a lower price with a fair number of accounts for each...

A: Hi,

Thanks for sharing this. I really appreciate the honest feedback.

I get where you're coming from, and you’re not wrong. We priced the deal this way to make sure it stays sustainable for us long term, but we are paying close attention to what people are saying.

I can't promise changes right now, but we're listening and genuinely considering the feedback.

Thanks again for taking the time...

Q: Automation for new posts

HI!
i see noptin can send out email to subscriber once new post for example are being created.
can we instead send it out once X posts are created to limit the email sent? Let's say after X post, send a notification email with the post template we created?
Thanks
Fab

A: Hi Fab,

This is not possible at the moment, but I've added it to our backlog.

For now, the best workaround is to create a latest posts digest and set it to send manually. Then, whenever you've published X posts, you can manually trigger that digest campaign to send.

Q: Integrations and database

Hi there,
I’m using other solutions, but Noptin looks well-built.
Besides your existing integrations, are you planning to add support for:
- Fluent Support Pro (to link with Fluent Forms Pro)
- Bit Form Pro & Bit Social Pro
- MetaBox (I’m not an ACF user)
- Oxygen 6 (I mainly use Bricks)
Do you have a public roadmap or changelog page?
I didn’t see on your website whether Noptin can store all activities in a separate database to prevent overloading the main one.

A: Hi,

I've added your suggestions to our backlog: https://github.com/orgs/hizzle-co/projects/19/views/1

You can use a secondary WordPress site and sync data using our Webhooks integrations. But that's not necessary unless you're handling millions of records. Our custom database tables are indexed, and most queries run via background processes so as not to slow down your site.

Q: who sends emails?

Hi, is email sending on our side (SMTP, API)?

A: Hi,

Yes, email sending happens on your side.

Noptin sends emails from your WordPress site using your existing email setup, such as SMTP, an email API provider connected to your site, or directly via your web host if you've not set up an SMTP provider.

That means you stay in control of deliverability, sending limits, and your email data.
