I was wondering what happened to the tier 1 users they are now in the free plan so it was useless to purchase the tier 1 as they are now mapped to free plan?
When I purchased this product on AppSumo, we both agreed to "If Plan name changes, deal will be mapped to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates."
I purchased Tier 3, which was the Premium plan. That should map to your Scale plan; right?
I see you said you can only provide 5 AI credits to your AppSumo buyers. Do you think this is a fair way to treat the people who bought into your product early? Are you prepared to provide refunds to people?
Why doesnt NOWA just offer "Bring your own Key" (BYOK) for the Ai features?..... They say the obvious, which is "AI s expensive", yeah we all know that... So let u bring our own key! Dont force me to upgrade to start paying more for YOUR Ai, NOWA.... Not cool
I think a great option for all these site is to offer AppSumo LTD purchases AI tokens at the companies cost...with no markup. It tokens cost you $1/1M sell them to the LTD customers for that. That way the company is not incurring additional cost for LTD and you are preserving the deal you made to begin with!
