A: Hi Julian – Yes, you can give guest access to your customers. Currently, you can only connect to one calendar. Slack notifications will be released in Q2 2024.

I tried some app similar in the past, but it was incredibly time-consuming to the admin, and it looked more like a control mechanism than a team collaboration tool. 2. email to task i wonderful (this also works with IMAP type of emails?) - any specific settings or app needed i.e. outlook to work ok?
You don't need any extra settings for the "email to task" feature to work. Just follow the steps outlined in this support article: https://support.ntaskmanager.com/boards-kanban-board/email-to-task/

We haven't yet released the ability to brand the look and feel or the URL of the app, but it is on our roadmap. You can however, assign URL slugs to workspaces and your team right now.

You get 1 guest user with every 5 users on your team.
Q: PDF files in task or folders can only be downloaded; they cannot be opened in other tabs or previewed within the website.
