Why did you lie about the unlimited characters? Do you know how long an audiobook is? You cannot lie to people to get money in your pocket. You waited for months to pass so I could lose access to the refund. You are a scammer. Either you refund me for what I paid, or you give unlimited access to those who paid the Plan 2. Otherwise I will expose this company as a fraud.
I don't think Odio is "scamming" but the unlimited not being actually unlimited is pretty disconcerting. It's hard to complete a project with the daily limit, which of course means that Daily Limit x31=NOT unlimited.
