Okay, I'm in love.
I finally got around to trying OkaySend, and I'm so glad I bought the full deal.
I need to collect intake forms from clients, and the built-in reminders are fantastic. The interface is clean and very easy to use. I had been dreading transferring an 11-page doc into OkaySend, and I completed the project in less than one afternoon. And I actually enjoyed doing it!

Powerful tool for Agencies and Solopreneurs
What an interesting concept for an agency, or for anyone working on projects where other people have to provide information or documents in order to move forward. OkaySend is valid for both internal and external operations; with colleagues, suppliers or customers.
As a user experience it is super intuitive, you quickly understand how it works and where everything is.
Being able to request information from customers without having to create an extranet is fantastic. On top of that, it's responsive, which means that they can send me the information from any mobile phone at any time.
With Tier 3, I can create a white label form request for all my projects. Plus, it's 99% available to my clients in Spanish.
What would I like to see in OkaySend?
- Different CNAMEs per request.
- A higher tier that allows me to send more active requests. May be a tier 4 with 100 request and tier 5 with 200...
- To be able to customize the styles for each request: logo, background, colours... Things like that.
- Videos with tutorials, step-by-step guides, usage examples, ideas or tricks.
Happy to have OkaySend in my software set.
