Hello, I run a small motion picture and video production company and although the three seats available in Tier 1 is sufficient, often we have 10 -30 cast and crew on any given project (short film/TV commercial/Documentaries). With the lower Tier, are we able to grant access to the cast and crew where needed without it counting towards the purchased seats?
Additionally, are there any specific templates available for such profession and if not, can it be tailored to it (Pre-production I, II, III, Production, Post Production, Delivery, Wrap-up)? (all have different tasks and attachments (scripts, call sheets, contracts, etc).
After a task is completed, does it remain in place or automatically moved to a different section (I would like for it to stay in place).

A: Yes! OneDeck fully supports RTL languages like Arabic, and it already comes with translations for several languages — including Arabic. You can also customize your workspace appearance with CSS for a tailored look and feel.

1. Are there task dependencies available? - If yes, are there also subtask dependencies? >>> if NO, are these on the roadmap soon?
2. I've used the usemotion project manager before and I'm looking for something with a few features that are similar. On OneDeck, is there a way to set it up so, if I update one tasks due date, it automatically updates all downstream dependent task dates as well?
I also like the way it keeps tasks on your calendar so you can't forget about them - it will automatically move them forward on your calendar and send you and the team reminders. Can OneDeck do that?
Automation: Can I duplicate a template where I've pre-set times/dependencies for the tasks already, enter the start date and have it auto fill in with the task dates & team roles?
A: Hi! You can create a Subtasks board and connect it to your main Tasks board. With automations, you can set rules so that when a task’s due date changes, it updates other connected records automatically.
Some types of dependencies can be built this way, and others can be handled using our dedicated app in Make.com or Zapier for more advanced logic.

You can’t change the system font in OneDeck, so adding your own fonts or using Google Fonts isn’t supported.
Q: Top tier storage
I would like to get the top tier, but the lower storage of 300 GB is a barrier to decide. Is possible add 1 T storage to the top tier?
