Q: I purchased an AppSumo Tier 3 plan.

The app worked a couple of times, but now I am unable to download video or get shareable link. Since I have a tier 3 plan, why am I being asked to upgrade to down my videos or get a shareable link?
This was working in July but not now. Onetake seems unstable when using it. Please advise.
