Hi,
When I first bought OnlineCourseHost I didn't know that the number of active community members is limited to 100 or so. Now months later on my community page, I see a new panel displaying how many community users I can have: only up to 100. Is there a way to redeem the unlimited community users feature?

Thank you for writing in.
The number of active community members has always been capped at 100 for the PRO and AppSumo plans.
Under the community, you can have unlimited members, but under your plan, you can only have 100 active members. This number is determined by the first 100 members to comment, post, or react to posts. The other members will be passive - they will only be able to react to posts; they won't be able to comment or make posts.
Members will not see this on their end, but you, as the course creator, will get a tag underneath the right panel like this, so that you can monitor it: https://prnt.sc/H0KZYtxzACLd
When the number is filled up, other members become passive members. When one of the 100 leaves the community or is banned, the first member to make a post or comment becomes active in their stead.
Unfortunately, you cannot decide on the active members. It just depends on who posts and comments first, until the available slot is filled. And when the slot is filled, your community will remain active, so no issues with that.

How does this work? How does the system track the number of active members at a time and what do members see when that limit is reached and how do we curate which members are given active membership and which ones are not? How do we monitor this and all?
