115814768738139341258Q: Purchasing Questions
The 9 Course Limit: I am looking at buying 3 codes on AppSumo for $297. To confirm, does this strictly cap my entire account at 9 courses total across the 3 websites, or is it 9 courses per website? Community Active Users: Regarding the 100 active user limit on the community feature if I reach 100 users who have commented, does it automatically lock out the 101st user from commenting, or does the limit reset monthly? Can I delete inactive users to free up spots?
I understand Stripe works for recurring monthly subscriptions. Is there any timeline on the roadmap to support PayPal for recurring subscriptions, or is it strictly limited to one-time purchases permanently? If I buy the lifetime deal but decide later I don't want to use external video hosting, what is the exact cost to add native video hosting to my lifetime account?

Sep 28, 2026A: Hello there,
Thank you for writing in. Below are the answers to your questions:
1. It depends. 3 codes give you access to 3 courses per website (3 websites), but if you redeem all the codes on one website, you get 9 courses on 1 website.
2. Yes, it stops users above 100 from commenting or making posts, and it does not reset per month. When one of the 100 users is banned or removed from the community, the first person to make a post or comment automatically replaces the banned member. Others above 100 will only be able to react to posts and comments.
3. Yes, you can remove inactive users or ban them if it is a paid or invite-only community, but for a free community, you can only ban users.
4. No, there is no timeline for this. PayPal is strictly for one-time purchases, while Stripe is for both one-time payments and subscriptions.
5. Native video hosting is available for lifetime deals. You will have to upgrade to one of our subscription-based plans at a discount to upload videos.
Kind regards,
