Thank you for writing in. If you purchased your code in January 2024, that means you purchased the version 2 code with 5GB storage space and unlimited courses, so you do not need to worry. :)
The 3-course-per-code deal is for the new code, so the update also applies to clients who have purchased the new version 3 deal.
Ok so to clarify my code is worth 1 website/academy (xxx.onlinecoursehost.com) and Unlimited courses inside. And now the new code are 1 website/academy (xxx.onlinecoursehost.com) and 3 courses inside ? Because I have 2 Academy created but now when I try to connect to the second Academy I created some months ago, it ask me to Activate a free 30 day trial...
Hello Kevin, yes, you're right. For you, one code = 1 website/academy and unlimited courses within a 5GB storage, while the current deal is 1 code = 1 website with 3 courses. In your case, you need another plan or another code to use another academy, as you cannot redeem one code on two websites. Q: Can we add access to courses inside the 'Community'?
I'd like to offer access to certain courses to 'Community' members. Is that possible? Can community members who subscribe be given access to certain courses?
A: Currently we don't have this feature, the community is like a Facebook group but the students don't automatically get access to courses. I'll add this feature to the wishlist as a future improvement, thank you for the feedback.
My students are leaving me positive course reviews, but your system keeps saying nobody left a review. The reviews should be indexed at 9am according to help section, but it's 3pm already, and admin dashboard does not show any reviews to accept.
A: Are you sure you are looking into the right course? Please report this to helpdesk at helpdesk@onlinecoursehost.com so we can identify your account, or open a ticket and we will take care of it.
