Of is er een alternatieve manier waarop ik alsnog kan instappen met een soortgelijke aanbieding?
Ik heb deze aanbieding helaas gemist.

Hello,

Can you explain this please?

"we have just increased to all customers the number of courses per code, from 1 to 3. You should now already have the extra courses in your account as the migration run this morning."

I bought in January 2024. Is there any change I should have noticed?

A: Hello Kevin,

Thank you for writing in. If you purchased your code in January 2024, that means you purchased the version 2 code with 5GB storage space and unlimited courses, so you do not need to worry. :)

The 3-course-per-code deal is for the new code, so the update also applies to clients who have purchased the new version 3 deal.

Q: Can we add access to courses inside the 'Community'?

I'd like to offer access to certain courses to 'Community' members. Is that possible? Can community members who subscribe be given access to certain courses?

A: Currently we don't have this feature, the community is like a Facebook group but the students don't automatically get access to courses. I'll add this feature to the wishlist as a future improvement, thank you for the feedback.

Q: How to publish a course review?

My students are leaving me positive course reviews, but your system keeps saying nobody left a review. The reviews should be indexed at 9am according to help section, but it's 3pm already, and admin dashboard does not show any reviews to accept.

When I try to edit a specific course, it keeps loading indefinitely, and I cannot make any changes at the moment.
