Q: Image limits and automatic WordPress storage

Hi! Before buying, please clarify:

1) The tiers include 500, 5,000, and 25,000 OG images respectively. Are these limits on images stored on your servers across all connected sites, with no monthly reset? What happens when full? Would deleting images break older social previews?

2) Can the WordPress plugin automatically save generated images to my Media Library and use local URLs, without manual downloads? Would this avoid the hosted-image limit?

3) How many WordPress sites can one license connect?

4) Does the two-template limit also include premade gallery templates?

Thank you in advance for your clarification!

A: Hi! Thanks for your questions. Here’s how it works:

1. Yes, the 500, 5,000, and 25,000 limits apply to images currently hosted across all sites using your workspace, with no monthly reset. Once full, new images cannot be generated until you delete older renders or upgrade. With the WordPress plugin’s dynamic URLs, deleted images can regenerate when requested again, provided the template/version remains available and there’s room in your allowance. Regenerated images count toward the limit again.
Deleting images can eventually break older social previews that use them. Social platforms may retain cached copies for some time, so the effect might not be immediate.

2. The plugin currently uses our hosted image URLs. It doesn’t automatically save generated images to your Media Library or switch to local URLs. You can download images separately and upload them to WordPress. Using the download workflow without hosting the images with us avoids the hosted-image allowance, but this isn’t currently automated by the plugin.

3. You can connect unlimited WordPress sites to one licensed workspace. They share that workspace’s image and template allowances.

4. Yes, a premade gallery design counts toward your template allowance once you copy it into your workspace for editing or automation. Browsing the gallery doesn’t use a slot, and you can choose from the available designs.

Hope that helps clarify before you buy.
