NellocollaroQ: "OG image" limit and use case
Does the "OG image" limit reset every month, or do I have to delete images once I hit a certain number?
I do referral marketing for banks and would like to use this program to create social media graphics; do you think I could set up a cloud-based workflow to integrate it into my process?
For example, I would need variables like "my logo," "bank logo," "sign-up bonus," "referral bonus," and "deposit amount"; I’d like to input these variables into the site and have the API return a consistently formatted image ready for use.

Edited Sep 21, 2026A: Hi! Thanks for reaching out. The OG limit does not reset every month; it's a one-time limit - kind of like contacts in MailChimp because they are hosted on our CDN. If you ever hit the limit, you can always go into the dashboard and delete or bulk delete images you no longer want. You do, however, have unlimited bandwidth, so for example, if your image receives millions of requests, it's free. You could certainly use our template editor for social media graphics, but I don't know enough about your process in order to know if it could work well in your specific cloud-based workflow. In terms of setting up the variables, you mentioned - yes, this is possible when creating templates in our dashboard and connecting them to your site or app.
are these 500 ones shot or monthly limits that refill?

so these can't be downloaded and used? why not add a download feature instead so it can be offloaded?

That is also possible. You can also download the images directly without having to host them through our CDN.
