Q: Hello,I have a question about the messaging feature included in the TIER 2 package that I purchased.

It states that 4000 messages are provided. Could you please clarify if these 4000 messages refer to the start of conversations or to the total number of questions and answers within a conversation? I ask because within a single conversation, there could be 100 or 200 questions and answers, which means that the 4000 messages could potentially be used up in a week.

Additionally, I would like to confirm if the 4000 messages are allocated to each individual bot created. This is important as it would not make sense for us to have unlimited bots if the messaging capacity is limited across all bots. For instance, if we were to create 100 bots, each bot would only be able to send 40 messages per month, which seems quite restrictive. If this is the case, I may need to request a refund as the messaging allowance would not meet our needs.

Overall, 4000 messages per month still appears to be insufficient for our requirements.

A: 4000 message per account per month. You can additionally buy the message credits. Our data shows each conversation is of around 4-5 message. Rest our deal is very transparent.

Because if we create 100 Bots, it could only speak 80 messages per month in each Bot. Correct?

Because if that's the case, I'll make the return today and ask for my money back.

Although 8000 messages a month still seem very little to me.

And regarding the TIER 4. Don't we have the Whitelabel Lifetime?
Paying the first year 1 Dollar a month can still be done. But I think that from the second year onwards it is 199 Dollars a year. Correct?
It also seems like a lot of money to me for a Lifetime offer and even more so if the services are not increased but only the price.

Because we just bought an offer for a BOT almost equal to 95% Lifetime in a Bundle offer for 267 Dollars and includes an Agency in which we can also sell unlimited Bots and without message restrictions.
We already have 2 APPs in addition to yours that we have purchased in the last month. So they have a lot of competition in services and prices.

Well, I'm waiting for your response to know what decision to make.

A: If you have Tier 4 you can add your own open ai key to make your bots unlimited. This is the deal for Orimon. You can definitely buy some other deal where ever you are satisfied. :)

Please keep in mind that running business requires money, if someone is offering everything for free be cautious as they may grab money by offering unrealistic offers and later run away.

Q: When the message counter is reset, my plan gives 8000 smart messages per month, but the counter has not reset, which gave me this question.

A: It resets on the date you redeemed your first code. Not on 1st of every month.
