All the support pages on your site now show 404 error , not found. If the app is no longer being developed or has been abandoned, then those of us who paid for this product would appreciate an update as to the current status.
They ending the product. At this point appsumo needs to vet companies way better than they are. I have paid for programs and within 18 months they start ghosting via customer service and stop servicing the program and disappears. Then they come back to appsumo with some new product and do it again.
Posting this here to hopefully get a quick resolution. The tags don't show up on the OSlash Launcher (MacOS). Is this a known issue? It makes it hard to find what you're looking for using the launcher.
