can anyone confirm if they are reciving some kind of support? is important to coment if the support is working to keep clean the SAAS that works in this platform
It doesn't load. Its been dead a while, I havent used it in months due to it being buggy. I loaded it up today and its still problematic both on Safari and Google Chrome. So disappointed, I really need something that fetches data on social media URL's and organizes it for presentation purposes. Anyone know of software that can do this without having direct access to the social media accounts, just the URL?

The tool does not work!
When it worked this software did WONDERS! It was one of our favorites!
This is the second "deal" from AppSumo that I have come across where it seems that the developers goal is to "take the money and run" .
