Even after applying the activation code using their instructions I got an email one month later advising that the plan had been canceled due to no credit card on file. Also, no response from support when I e-mailed them about purchasing an add on - seems they simply do not exist and are here to steal your money. Avoid this application, unless of course you want to waste your money.

I purchased this deal expecting a working product and ongoing support. Neither has materialised.

The product has not been usable for me since purchase (17 APR 2026). I have contacted the vendor's support multiple times, and also raised the issue with AppSumo directly. I have received no reply from either. At this point I can only describe the experience as being ghosted.

I want to be fair: bugs happen, and roadmaps slip. What I cannot accept is silence. A lifetime deal is a commitment on both sides, and answering a paying customer is the minimum part of that commitment.

I would be glad to update this review if the vendor gets in touch and the issue is resolved. Until then, I would encourage anyone considering this deal to weigh the support risk carefully.

Uh, Password.Link, easily one of the best top five lifetime deals I've ever bought. When it started out, I think it was just what I bought it for. Now, I bought it just for this, so anything else is, um, (smacks lips) on up from here. Um, Password.Link just did the whole, like, you know, "I'll send you a secret, you can send me a secret" thing. Um, then they came out with templates, the chat, the, um, (smacks lips) uh ... Th- so, I mean, there's so many things that have improved in, in so long, which is, which is good and almost expected, but one of the big things here is they stuck it out. They didn't give any of us a hard time about getting these new features, didn't block anything. Just kept it exactly how they said they would, and I think that's one of the big things in the lifetime deal market right now that is important to, um, to keep going. So, um, I would easily buy this again if I had to, no questions asked. I recommend it to everybody in my profession. Um, it's just an easy way. It's secure. It works. The templates are awesome. I love them. Use them literally every day. So, um, if you have a chance to buy it, uh, definitely do so, and if you have any questions I can help answer, uh, let me know below. Thanks.
