I'm having issues with the Open Search function saying that the search limit for the day has been reached when it hasn't even been used for days. Waiting for a resolution to this bug after reaching out to support.

I am also experiencing the issue where the Open Search limits are not resetting. I sent a message about the problem from the chat window, but there has been no response, and the chat history has been deleted. I also sent an email through the chat window, but I have not received a reply. Should I send a message directly to the address mentioned in the comments?

Hi here is a response you left to another sumoling: You do this by signing up and creating an SFX account using your login information. I hope this is helpful!
The instructions are not helpful. I used my exact login for the SFX as I use for the Music yet I continue to receive an error message. I also tried to sign-up for the SFX and was told I could not use the same email address.
So, please explain in detail as if you are teaching me how to tie my shoes :).

My email: "Hi guys, Registered with this email - personamusic.io is working. Then tried to logon at https://sfx.personamusic.io/ but user is unknown. Tried a sign-up with the same email. No chance. After that I´ve reseted my login-password. Now I´m waiting for your part. AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED Weird thing - the password reset should be for all accounts. Now I have two different passwords for both sites. And how I can add a second (3, 4, 5,….) user? So waiting for your reply and the solutions. Thank you in advance."
Persona´s answer: "Hi there, For sfx, please click on the SFX option in the nav bar. From there you will send your access request and we will approve your access. You do this by signing up and creating an SFX account using your login information. I hope this is helpful."
