Hey folks, i've been a fan for a while and use it nearly daily since the last time you were on Appsumo. And I bought an upgrade to my plan this time around.

The Phygital has been mostly down for the past two days. Generations return "This service is temporary unavailable. Please try again shortly." or simply get stuck at 100%. I use chatGPT image and OpenAI api has no errors on their side so this must be Phygital. Other models return the same error.

I wrote to support but it is 2nd day now - I am using this for work, so it is not exactly fine. There are many other bugs that showed up recently - it just becomes hard to use.

In Appsumo here, we have seen this with other vendors where after successful sale the product gets throttled. Are you guys ok, will you keep supporting this product? I really hope so..
