Hi Phygital team,
Before I upgrade to Tier 5, I need clarity on how your ToS treats AI agents.
Browser agents like Claude or GPT in Chrome, Perplexity Comet now
click through sites for their user and your automated-access language seems
written before they existed.
I understand you don't want to provide API or MCP access for sumolings but I'm looking for reasurance accounts won't be revoked because of agent use.
1. Can a browser extension agent generate an image in my own logged-in account
at my request?
2. Can my own local agent do the same, at human pace, with no scraping,
sharing or reselling?
3. If not, which clause applies, and could it get a lifetime license revoked?
Agent access is where all creative tools are heading so I'd like to know Phygital is heading there too. Please clarify your terms, thanks.

Oct 5, 2026A: Hi! Thanks for the thoughtful question. Our current Terms of Use (section 6.2) don't allow using automated means to access the Services, and we don't provide API or MCP access within the AppSumo deal. We'd recommend using the platform directly for now. We understand agents are becoming part of creative workflows, and we'll share an update if anything changes in our Terms.
