For over 20 years, I've been building scalable software products with one belief: great businesses are built by solving real problems, not by adding more complexity.
Picky Assist started in 2018 as a simple one-page website offering WhatsApp Business API solutions for developers. Back then, we had a much smaller vision. But as we worked closely with customers, one thing became obvious: businesses didn't need another tool, they needed fewer tools.
Customer conversations were in one platform, leads in another, CRM somewhere else, campaigns in a different application, and automation required expensive integrations. Teams were spending more time switching between software than serving customers.
So instead of building features based on assumptions, we started listening.
Almost every major capability in Picky Assist, from our Shared Inbox and Conversational CRM to Chatbots, AI, Workflows, Campaigns, Commerce, Reporting, and Integrations, exists because a customer asked for it. Our roadmap has been shaped far more by customer feedback than by ideas from me or our team.
Today, Picky Assist brings together 11 integrated products, 4 communication channels, and 10+ integrations into one Conversational CRM, helping businesses manage the complete customer journey from the first conversation to long-term customer relationships.
