It seems they're having an outage for days now. The website claims our data is safe but I haven't been able to log in to the platform since at least last week.
How can we get our data back off the platform because this doesn't look good.

One thing we don't understand: though the AppSumo talks about custom taxonomies, it seems they are not available. The help center says "taxonomies can only be created by system administrators". It seems, a Picvario "admin" is not a system administrator, correct? If so - are taxonimies included in the deal or not?

How do I add a watermark? I don't see a way to do so.
Also, I do see that uploading is slow, are you guys working on the performance?

No, it is not possible to change clients for a collection within the platform; however, you could share links when you receive payment.
Please, enable watermarks in the system settings>main>watermarks>yes. You won't be able to see the watermarks if you are logged in to the system.
