Is monitoring not working? No matter what I try all four of my monitors say Never checked. I can't get anything up and running. I've reached out to support with no response.
Q: on the integration type there is only slack that can be chosen
Alerting > Integrations Issue: on the integration type there is only slack that can be chosen but on the website it is mentioned that we can select Telegram, Pushover, Slack and discord (beta)
Q: On the notifications page no notification has been triggered against 4 incidents that has occurred already.
1. Notifications Issue: On the notifications page no notification has been triggered against 4 incidents that has occurred already. We have already setup 2 notification rules but we did not get any notification after an incident occurred on any of the email accounts
