no checks since mid july
Hi there,
a service like this should be always up to be able to tell you if your services are down. Of course there can be a hickup but since I started using it in march I had multiple times when suddenly all my checks stopped. About a week ago I noticed they are now no longer working since over one month and wrote the support. But unfortunately they no longer respond in time.
So for me this service is worthless if it is not working and therefor I no longer want to rely on it.
Besides that it has a very nice UI in my case but this is not helping a lot if I can not rely on it as I would need to constantly check if it is working or not.
I would love to get my money back but most likely this is no longer working.

Looking Forward to Improvements in PingSuite
I appreciate the effort that goes into developing software, so I want to be fair in my review. I will update this once I receive a working version of PingSuite.
I purchased this product five months ago, but I have noticed some inaccuracies in the uptime and ping data. My server has experienced downtime, yet the uptime still shows 100%. Additionally, the ping is consistently displayed as extremely high (4000ms), which does not seem accurate.
I reported these issues, and I was initially informed that an update would be available in November. When that did not happen, I was assured that the updated version would be released by February 28, with a firm commitment to meet that deadline. Unfortunately, the update has not been released yet.
Additionally, I have experienced difficulties communicating via email, as they do not seem to be receiving messages from Gmail.
I hope these issues can be resolved soon, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the software.

Works as it should, but no support
I have set up a few monitors and they are working as advertised. I also tried to create a status page and set it up via a cname, however, neither the cname, nor the non-cname link worked.
Once I notified support about it, the issue was quickly resolved when they finally came back to me.
The reason I only give 2 tacos is because support is almost non-existent. When you send an email, you can expect a reply every 2 days. They only use email for support which is very unreliable. In fact in another review where the reviewer could not get support, it turned out that the reviewer's support email went to the spam folder.
Anyone selling a product or service online should, at the very least, have a dedicated helpdesk.
Edit: I am lowering my review to give them only one taco. Support is almost nonexistent. There's a site update when you log in, informing users about upcoming changes with a deadline of February 28.
As of March 9th, the update showing they missed their own deadline is still visible when you log in to your account. When I first joined, the update notice had a deadline of February 26. This was then moved to February 28, and now it seems they just don't care.
I have time left to evaluate this service, but if support doesn't improve, I will ask for a refund and look for another option.
Some companies just don't get the concept that support can make or break them. It seems as if the owners of PingSuite are intent to shooting themselves in the foot before they have a chance for liftoff.
