2 tacos because of the coupons
The main reasons I was interested in Plus were: “Get a 100% refund in credits if a Select tool goes out of business within 1 year of purchase” and “Receive VIP support for your initial query for a response time twice as fast.”
To be honest, I was getting faster response times before I got Plus, so I didn't feel that improve.
I didn’t need to use the 100% refund within a year until now (the last month of my Plus subscription), and I’ve been waiting for more than a month for AppSumo to refund me for the Genius.ai deal. The page still exists, but it’s been unusable for over a month. I’ve already lost all the work and clients I relied on with this tool, and AppSumo keeps saying they’re talking to the Genius team. This is useless to me, the tool already failed, so I don’t care if Genius comes back in three more months.
At this point looks like the care more about the failed product that the plus service I paid for. This was disappointing, and I don't think I will renew it anymore.
Why 2 tacos, then? Because the $25 coupons are a good deal, even though I wasted some by not knowing they weren’t refundable when I used them on deals I didn’t like.
