I enjoy most of what was offered until my unfortunate incident. never received my first email with the coupon. I checked through all the marketing emails and no, that first email never landed. When I realise it 2 months later, they refuse to reissue it.

And its not every 90 days for the coupon, I waited almost a week after the 90 days for the 2nd coupon. And because I missed the first, I had to wait and anxiously check my email everyday to ensure I don't miss the 2nd.

Its quite disappointing how the entire experience was handled. And for a $25 coupon, thats too much distress....
