BAD PRODUCTS SELECTION AND SUPPORT
I will never renew my PLUS Membership after several bad product experiences, especially on SEOCrawler, which promised unlimited tracking but flipped at the very end, FLYMSG downgrading my account to Freemium after 3 months, Treasure Cloud, and several others. This company is doomed to fail, especially with the worsening customer support. They are showing they prefer money over customer experience.
