One recent change based directly on member feedback is that Plus coupons are now refundable 🎉So, if you refund a purchase made with your $25 quarterly coupon, the coupon is automatically returned to your Rewards page and you can use it again.

As for products that turn out to be buggy, please know that we’re continually working to bring in quality tools and give Sumo-lings more opportunities to discover and try new products with confidence.
