Need lots of improvement on customer service and technical support here is why!

1, About the apps: (SendFox, Sumoking, Sumoconnect)
I came to Appsumo to reduce my monthly cost as most of us, so I was not looking for new subscription.
Most of the apps here (tested the past few days) are great but lack of integrations.
I choose to have SendFox which seem to me capable to solve most of my business needs but it's also have a huge lack of integrations.
So, I needed another 2 product to make it right fit for my business.
Now happen to be that other 2 product not available for purchase so I bought the Plus member bundle - I get all in one ( I thought is a great deal)
Offered all necessary apps , chat support and discounts. So I could definitely see it benefiting me in the first year..
>>>But I planned to unsubscribe after the year when I bought already the necessary apps for my business,
Now,
I am glad I asked details from the company because nowhere in the advertisement about the followings:
- you can not buy Tears for Sendfox with the subscription
- If you want to have for lifetime you need purchase separately anyway and can not even use (activate for same email address) what is it mean? >>>
- I have to re-edit all my done templates.. Imagine if I figure this out after a year...How much work I would loss?
Now, I lost a few day work by setting up the platform and integrations and I have to redo from scratch everything on a new purchase..

Chatsupport: Nonexistent
Rarely find chat support availability and when I had 1 person he/she could not answer to anything, just escalate the case in email further ..
So eventually you do not solve anything quickly with chat support, it is emailing back and fort. Same as email support here outside..

Good things:
I find that after 1-2 day working with SendFox it is a great app for small companies.
Once I discovered how to use (first I get nervous of few things but I did find small doors to work around) it is easy and one of the fastest way to generate emails news letters!
I can say it has almost everything I need right now and thats why I will relaunch with the other deal.

If i know all I listed above- only difference is :
I would buy FIRST the lifetime deal and than the sumo subscription so I DON'T have to redo all my work.. They don't understand lookalike the value of time and I very upset about losing all these hours from my work schedule..
Summary:
>The company need to improve the customer support and clarify better in the app description so we can see better what and how we can or should choose.
>Need to improve chat support so the beginning we can quickly set up the platform and moving forward to other business tasks
> Positive: Quick non questionable return for general item, I Like the Road map
