There are some basic features easy to use, but the rest is left to guesswork. Huge time waster. Help is worse than useless and support or menu options/tools should be readily accessible. For example, the Background Remover says you can drag and drop images from Pix into the BR. But it gives no way to do it. Wasting time researching, supposedly its from a clipboard. There is no clipboard option. Searching Google for an answer was a huge waste of 45 minutes. No answer came up on Google which apparently has their own analogue for skipping the actual information requested in the searchbox!!
PixlrSupport is only available by email and is very slow - not same day so don't expect it. PLUS, even though I paid for the premium pro subscription I am constantly asked to join or pay for downloads that are included in premium pro i have a request in to App Sumo as well as Pixlr to find out if they have even made all the Pro features available to me. From my experience so far, I'd say don't waste your time with this product. They went halfway and then stopped.
