really dislike limits on quarterly rewards
should be able to accumulate the quarterly rewards to additional quarters to then exercise the amount or have something like , taking $5 off since you did not use it this quarter - i mean i get the motivation to incentivize to keep buying but to lose it all is not kosher.
Also, had bad exerpiences with company going down-under and there has been a few - i buy the packages in the hopes of using it in the future and when the time comes, its nowhere to be found :/

One thing that has changed recently is that Plus coupons are now refundable. If you make a purchase using your $25 quarterly coupon and later refund that purchase, the coupon is automatically returned to your Rewards page so you can use it again. While that doesn't address the rollover piece you mentioned, it does provide a bit more flexibility than before.
