Hey! Thanks so much for taking the time to share this. Just to clarify: AppSumo credits can be used on Marketplace deals, but they can’t be applied toward a Plus membership. Since Plus is a subscription, it needs to be paid with a credit or debit card through our payment processor, which is why your account balance isn’t available at renewal.
