Worst ever Customer Service experience
Worst ever customer service experience. Some questions/ requests not even responded. Technical error not addressed, not resolved. Will definitely not prolong, and actively advocating against it, sharing my experiences.
I have received a reply on my comment here now. Which is again, factually not correct (and I was trying to explain that in back-and-forth email chains already. It was a technical error, and was not addressed, not resolved. Furthermore, about my Plus membership there was also an agreement with regards the rewards. However, despite the agreement, nothing happened in reality. So, despite the comment, I have to confirm, the customer service unfortunately is very weak and disappointing. Numerous times.

I reviewed your ticket with our team and it looks like you were asking if you could have access to a sold-out deal, which unfortunately we cannot do.
