You Renewed My Plus Membership without My Knowledge
This is pretty low. AppSumo renewed my Plus Membership, which I did not want. Please REFUND ME.
I received ZERO renew reminders like most companies do. BUT you emailed that I renewed the membership, so you know my email - and chose NOT to remind me. I want a refund
Why is the REFUND BUTTON not available? Very disappointed in AppSumo

We do send a couple reminder emails that you renewal is coming up. Can you reach out to our support team at support@appsumo.com so we can figure out why you didn't receive our reminder emails?
They can also help refund your subscription. The membership is non-refundable (which is stated on the deal page), but if you haven't used any of your perks and it was just an auto-renewal accident, we're happy to help out. Thanks!
