Q: Question about organizations?
Hello, regarding organizations: I have only one organization, but it manages multiple projects. These can be managed under a single-organization plan.
Thanks.

The recommended approach is to create separate boards for each project (for example, separate feedback and roadmap boards per project). This ensures that feedback, statuses, prioritization, and roadmaps remain isolated and easier to manage.
You can also connect different intake sources — such as dedicated Slack channels, Intercom inboxes, or feedback widgets — directly to the relevant project board so feedback does not get mixed across projects.
Additionally, tags/categories and permissions can be used to further organize projects and control team access where needed.
This setup allows you to keep centralized organization management under one plan while maintaining clear separation between projects and their respective feedback workflows.
Thanks for the reply. Can each project be configured with its own domain?
You can have separate feedback boards or roadmap boards for each project. But the subdomain is at the organization level.
