Oh, maybe I am not in "love" but I am pretty thrilled with ProductLift. I was going to get a refund this morning because I couldn't upload Markdown files. I posted a question about it last night, and RubenBuijs replied, indicating I could copy and paste the MD files. While I would prefer to upload, I tried pasting them in. They came out looking great!

What really sold me was ProductLift provided their default css file. I was able to take screenshots of my webpage, upload that to my AI chat tool, provide the CSS file ProductLift provided, and have my chat tool create a custom CSS file, and bam! ProductLift now awesome!

I've been configuring it for two workspaces, it feels like a very solid product and delivers a lot in terms of added-value for your users. The onboard AI quickly helps populate the forum to encourage engagement, and the founders are responsive. (For those wondering why your Cname hasn't loaded-- It took mine a little over 24 hours, but rest assured, it will load after a couple days).

This is an amazing tool for managing product roadmaps and gathering customer feedback. Most importantly, the founders respond incredibly fast and are always willing to help, solving issues in no time. Highly recommend for anyone need solutions for your website!

I tried out ProductLift with just the 1st tier. I honestly wasn't expecting to love it as much as I do. I hate to say that, but I've been using Canny for a few years now and just wasn't sure anything could be better or to their level. I was so pleasantly surprised with how great and easy to use ProductLift is.

I upgraded to the 5 tier deal within a few days and am glad that I did. The only criticism or improvement that I would recommend is: I was hoping the top-tier (5) plan would have been unlimited projects, or at least 250 or even 100 at the very least. Getting 60 projects for the top plan just doesn't seem like a normal AppSumo offering.

But with that 1 aspect aside, their product is great, dependable and super easy to setup and use. Get your thoughts, ideas, plans and roadmap organized easily with ProductLift! Oh and the support is pretty quick and very helpful as well. I believe I've had 2 support emails sent in with a few questions and Ruben has been kind and helpful.
