THe SAAS isn't working at all.

The tool has lost my trust after reducing its offering from unlimited to just 1,000 credits per month. Unfortunately, that’s not the only problem—numerous bugs make the app almost unusable. I do not blame Appsumo: they can't control the future. Very sad ending for many of our deals. Good luck anyway.

This deal could have been a 5/5, but after completely removing unlimited relaxed image generations per month, I'm now very restricted with only 1,000 credits per month—even though I purchased Tier 3.

I decided to try the tool again today after a 2-month break. However, I immediately noticed some issues:

It showed that 300 out of my 1,000 credits were already used, which isn’t possible since I haven’t used the tool during this time.
I experimented with a few features, including the new video generation feature (which, to be honest, is quite poor at the moment). That’s not a major concern for me, though, as I primarily rely on the image creation feature, which works very well.

But here’s the main issue: my remaining 700 credits were used up in just 10 - 15 minutes! This feels extremely restrictive. On top of that, the advertised 10 hours of fast image generations per month (~1,000 image credits) is also no longer accurate. I can barely generate 100 images now instead of the 1,000 images promised.

Now I have to wait another month to get another 1,000 credits, which I’ll likely exhaust in 20 minutes again.

This is absolutely unfair and needs to be addressed by the team!

I feel utterly deceived by this company. They initially sold us on their "unlimited relaxed queue," which was nothing more than bad service that never delivered as promised since you could only use it 1 time a day. When I raised concerns here on the questions, they assured me it would improve as they grew. However, now that they grew, instead of enhancing the service, they've now removed the relaxed queue entirely. And now with the introduction of new features (new image models and videos), credits are consumed at an alarming rate. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, leaving me with the impression of a massive LTD rug pull.

The deal said "10 hours fast image generations per month ", this is consumed generating 10 videos (approx 6 minutes generating)..... very very bad.

Bought Tier 2 - the unlimited relaxed image generation is no longer available. I am left with the 500 credit/mo.

The unlimited relaxed image generations feature is no longer available due to infrastructure challenges. Instead, users now receive PS Studio credits which can be used for various tools, including image generation. For fast image generations, you can use your credits to generate images quickly. To manage your credits, you can upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits. More details are available in your app's billing section.

If that was not bad enough, I kept prompting the AI to generate a male. First I asked for a black male. That did not work. I tried saying African. That did not work. I tried saying African American. That did not work either. I then tried for a Caucasian male. That did not happen. I tried again by saying white male in case the AI did not understand Caucasian. NADA!

Each time, all I got was an Indian female, the same Indian female I got when I used the tool when I first bought and tested it. I had not used the app since and came back to this. My credits were finished and I still did not get what I asked for...yes, extremely disappointed.

Even if I am not happy with the change of plan, I could at least have felt some relief IF I at least could get what I prompted for. How do you get an Indian female when you ask for a black male or a white male???? Ugh!
