Great tool. I use it all the time. It helps me when I can't figure out how to write a good prompt.

Very poor user experience. The generated prompts are not good. There are issues activating the codes, and registration is disabled two days after the codes are redeemed.
Support is unavailable. I redeemed two codes but only received one because I bought it with Plus credit and it’s nonrefundable. So far, nothing is working.

Prompt Engine is a game changer for me. Though I am using it to craft new prompts, the app has been more than worth the investment by improving existing prompts. In a number of cases where my prompts include variables, Prompt Engine has improved these to make it easier to enter that information and improve my outcomes.

I was unable to activate the code. I emailed support and received a response, but the issue remains unresolved. I'm moving on to avoid wasting more time.

I will say that for generating a good prompt, this tool seems to be very good. Though I will say that the other tools, Improve and Images, have a lot of room to do better. When I tried using the Improve tool on a prompt that did not give me results I was looking for, it did not ask for any information to assist in its improvement. It just gave me the exact same prompt back. At least I wasn't able to notice any changes. And the prompt building tool for images only has one free-form field for describing your scene. Everything else is "select from the following choices". And then it gives an output that I have never seen used in any image generator. The worst part is, when you have a question about what to do, or where to go, there is no help feature that I could find. No FAQ, no ticket system, no user guide. There wasn't even any sort of onboarding to walk me through creating my first text or image prompts, or how to use the prompt improver. And the lack of an easy to find help or training system is why I'm giving this a 4.
