Q: Simultaneous chrome extension uses

We purchased a tier 2 license and have held off implementing Prosp in our daily LI campaign strategy, largely because other tools require a Chrome extension when running sequences in Sales Navigator.

What are your thoughts when a user runs multiple Chrome extensions simultaneously throughout the day alongside Prosp? Is there a greater chance of being detected by LinkedIn's algorithms due to the volume of activity registered from multiple Chrome extension tools inside the Sales Navigator platform?

Q: Please bring Prosp back!!

Yesterday, I purchased AppSumo Plus, under the notion Prosp is still available. I saw no countdown, instead I saw a button "Buy Now With AppSumo Plus". This is the whole reason I purchased AppSumo Plus, come to find after my purchase, the deal has sold out.

When I pushed the back button, it again mentions it can be purchased. I have a photo with the date and time available for proof.

I would still love to purchase Prosp. If not, I would love my money back for purchasing AppSumo Plus.

And yes, I've sent a message to customer service about this issue with no resolution yet. They have only suggested to put in a request for Prosp to return to the marketplace of AppSumo. Which I have done already.

Q: Use for Lead Magnet possible ?

Hello,

I've seen a question looking like mine, but the answer doens't seems straight.

So, a simple question here please :
Can I use Prosp for Lead Magnet ?

For example : I create a post with "Comment 'GUIDE' to this post and I send you the link"
Will Prosp be able to detect the comments with GUIDE to my post, and send to each author a DM with a specific message containing the link ?

Q: Bad Reviews

Prosp has been receiving a lot of low-rating reviews lately.

Either it's about:
- stopping sequences when running for no reason
- sequences running extremely slow
- app not allowing fully warmed up accounts to connect more than 50 profiles per week, since it can go up to 200, with the message: "Max connections reached." showing up on that low limit
- not having enough sequence options (too basic)
- support not answering questions in a timely manner (big red flag)
- etc

Since you're not replying to any of those negative reviews here at AppSumo, can you explain yourself here and let me know if all these things are being addressed and where we at on each of them?

As a T3 buyer, I'm concerned with all this.

Q: Unable to find your extension and unable to connect using credential

Hi, I was not able to connect the linkedin account, somehow both using credential or the extension.

The chrome extension, even unable to be found in the chrome store or your link.

Q: Your support is not responding

Hi, I recently purchased and redeemed two Tier 3 codes from AppSumo, each giving 10 accounts, but I noticed your limit is 10 accounts. I redeemed the codes for a total of 20 accounts. What will happen to the extra codes I redeemed? Is it possible to transfer them to a new workspace I’ve created?

If transferring isn’t possible, could you please advise on the best course of action? For instance, would I be able to receive a refund or credit for the extra codes, or is there another solution?

A: We use ElevenLabs for the voice cloning, you can check their site to get a feel for how it sounds (which is WILD!)

3 accounts would be 3 individual LinkedIn accounts (e.g. team members)

How many languages does voice cloning support? Is there a limit to voice cloning messages per month, per message? Can I integrate with ElevenLabs api?

Does it understand Russian?

P.S: what is the SAFEST number of messages, connection requests, comments, likes not to get banned?

Yes, it works with every single language that 11labs supports, including Russian. In terms of daily actions, it is the same as the LinkedIn limits to protect the account, usually from 150-250 connections a week.

Q: I'm reading that there is only one Workspace?

I have yet to use Prosp, so I could be entirely wrong, and hoping there is some kind of workaround or a better way to present it to clients.

-If I have multiple business within my 10 seats, are they all seeing each other's messages in Prosp?

-Does the unified inbox take all messages to clients and mix them in 1 view? Is there any way to view them separately?

-should I just be telling clients to view their own inboxes for replies within LinkedIn?
