You can rebrand the theme on any website you want and sell it as a final product to your customer. However, you are not allowed to rebrand the theme and sell or redistribute it as your own.

I don't know exactly which theme you have in mind, but in majority of themes you can enable sticky menu in the WP Customizer (WP Admin > Appearance > Customize) .

Q: Hi,
I noticed the site doesn't allow for additional plugins.
I'd like to use some of the products purchased on Appsumo such as membership plugins, social plugins, and crm, etc. However, I don't see how it's possible? Maybe I'm overlooking something? Can you elaborate on this, please? It seems pretty basic without additional options.

This is true only for free sandbox available on our website proteusthemes.com. When you purchase a theme and install on your server, of course, it allows you to install 3rd party plugins.
