Hi Lorenzo! It's been almost two weeks since I started waiting for the plan change in my Publytics account, and I can't get it resolved. Could you please upgrade me to actual limits for tier 5 on my account? Thanks!
a) I have Tier 5 from the previous time What are exactly the differences from old deal terms?
b) Does Publytics offer real-time APIs so for example I can get active users for the last 5 minutes in my website?

A: Hi! Difference is that Users and Domains are not anymore unlimited, and there is a different Pageviews capping. For b), we offer it for Enterprise plans: here, the one mapped to Enterprise is Tier 6.
The AI traffic features are interesting to me. I'm currently using filters in GA4 with regex to track this but I'd add publytics if the AI traffic features give me more in-depth information. Does publytics show me the citations/phrases/keywords that are being cited and driving traffic to the website?
What other info does it show me for the AI traffic beyond volume and pages?

A: Hi! At the moment, we only show volume and pages. Since we do not sample data, even if clicks are very low, you will still be able to see each of them. In the future we might evolve in the direction of adding more AI citations data, however note that most of such tools only estimate this as there is no official source of truth from the AI providers.

A: Hi! This information is available through Google Search Console / Bing Webmaster Tools; we do plan on integrating and showing their data via API in the future so you can check it directly on Publytics.
