A: Hi, at the moment we’ve not released such ‘capping’ feature, meaning the tool will collect always all the events sent on all the sites. In this case, having a bigger plan than what you need can be helpful for you, because every month some websites are going to push less than 1000, others more than 1000, depending on their traffic flow.
I meant to say equals 1000 views per day for each client site.
Q: Hi, I’ve been looking for an alternative to GA4, I think this can be the chosen one but I do have some ...
questions: 1) Can I track Apps with this tool? 2) Can I measure an e-commerce with more than 28.000.000 events with it? (I know I’d need to pay your monthly plans) 3) Can I attribute revenue of items, landing pages and audiences as can be done in GA4? 4) How do I implement events like view items, add to carts, purchases? Can I do it through GTM?
A: Hi, thanks for the interest! 1) Yes, I confirm. 2) Yes, no limits on the events (if the plan you buy allows it). 3) We’re soon going to release e-commerce specific stuff like Revenue metrics; we already track Landing pages. 4) It is pretty simple with our SDK, and you can also do that via GTM if you wish.

Q: Looks great and I'd love to not use Google Analytics, but worried about things like annual data.
If retention is only for six months, twelve months or eighteen months, how will I know in 5 years time if my site has grown or not, when any data older than a few months is wiped. I have sites that have been around for decades, so your excellent tool would be no good for those, if what I am reading is right. Am I reading it wrong?
A: Hi Philip! Yes, for the lifetime deal we had to limit the data retention, because it is a lifetime cost for us. If you need unlimited data retention I suggest to check the plans on our website, where it is unlimited. You can also import all of your data from GA3/GA4 to maintain historical data continuity.
Q: Hi.
If I was to use this for reporting clients sites can I limit page views per domain?
For eg - 3M per month for 100 clients domains = 1000 views each. Which should be plenty for my local biz clients.

Q: Is there any All Sites Tab in your portal, where we can see Last 24 hours, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days ...
visitors data all at once for all sites in one glance? Something like clicky and visitor tracking portals are providing?

May 15, 2024A: Hi, we will soon release the unified Network panel to let you check all at once those data. At the moment, it is only available for the real-time.
