Q: First glance everything I want is in Tier3

Sorry, I may not understand the product, but at first glance, everything I want seems to be in Tier 3 and not available in Tier 1-2.
X List view filters
X Conditional coloring
X Tool cost tracking
X Entities & attributes
X Process costing (this is the primary selling point to me)

A: Hey skynandi, thank you for your question. Tier 3 is packed with value. Retrospectively, I wish we would've offered a Tier 3 with lower seat counts. This is duly noted for a future campaign.

However, Tier 1 and Tier 2 have a ton of differentiated value. Here are a few of the most valuable features in those tiers:

1️⃣ Connected Team Designer — Most diagram tools stop at showing what happens....

Q: Questions for consultants and agency

Hey Brian,

Really loving what I'm seeing so far, congrats on your launch. Here are some questions that I haven't asked yet;

Do you have any plans for white labelling client spaces?
Do we have any plans to be able to export reports for clients?
Is Puzzle primarily targeting larger organisations or private consultants and agencies?
One of the features of the plan is for templated SOPs, where are...

A: Thanks Josefa! Thank you for your questions. Here are my answer below:

1️⃣ White labeling for client spaces is on our roadmap to ship in 2026.

2️⃣ "Reports" is a tad ambiguous, but we are creating a way to export your data into .xls / .csv

3️⃣ We've developed Templates and saved them in the library; additionally you can save templates into your own gallery and re-use them across workspaces...

A: Hey iamsanjaysahu, thank you for your question.

An Organization is tied to your plan — so only 1 Organization is available at Tier 3. However, within that Organization you can create multiple Workspaces (where a workspace represents an entire company's processes).

Example:
↳ Organization = Acme Inc (Your Agency)
↳ Workspace A = Acme Inc's company operation (Your Agency Operations)
↳...

Q: Puzzle With N8N

Hi

I'm using N8N. Can you explain how this tool would work with n8n? What value would it add?

I have a custom automation flow, that plans all my automation steps, generates JSON and then I import it into N8N and it's nearly ready.

How do you envision using your tool with n8n?
1) Can we use AI to 'map' a suggested workflow?
2) If we build a process in your flow, can we export to N8N and it will...

A: Hey Alex_R, yes I'm happy to answer your question about our upcoming n8n integration.

When a user integrates n8n to Puzzle, we'll pull in all your flows under that account, where each n8n flow = 1 step in Puzzle. When you add a flow to Puzzle, it creates a hyperlink to that flow to easily see all of its underlying actions (in n8n). Additionally, in Puzzle, users will see which n8n flows are...

Q: Difference between "Workspace" and "Organisation" ?

Hi, I do not understand the difference between "Workspace" and "Organisation." If I am an agency and I want to create processes for clients while also documenting my own processes, how should I proceed? Thanks :)

A: Hi Nicolas, thank you for your question!

An organization encompasses all your Workspaces, where each workspace within your organization holds your company's processes, or alternatively, your client's processes.

Example:
↳ Organization = Acme Inc (Your Agency)
↳ Workspace A = Acme Inc's company operation (Your Agency Operations)
↳ Workspace B = Client XYZ's company operation (Your Client's...
