Hi Puzzle Team! I love the tool so far… Thank you. I’ve heard reference to an “agency plan” in one of your videos, but I don’t see a distinct agency tier in the current AppSumo lifetime deal.
Is there any plan to introduce a dedicated agency tier on AppSumo in the future (with features or pricing tailored for agencies), or might that be added later if demand is high?

A: Hey Edward, thank you for the encouragement and question. Unfortunately, the agency plan was a plan that we had in our previous pricing model that we have since deprecated. The plans that we currently have are the ones that will be available for the foreseeable future.
However we are going to be launching an add-on product offering for white labeling which will allow you to make the Puzzle...

Q: costs at both role level and process-step level in Puzzle?
Hi Team,
Can we add costs at both role level and process-step level in Puzzle?
For example: • A role like “Editor” has an hourly cost • A process step like “Video Editing” uses that role + a tool cost
Can the same role and costs be used multiple times across different steps and processes?
Also, can one step have multiple costs (more than one role or tool), and is there any plan to auto-calculate total costs when a process runs many times?

A: Hey sup9, that is exactly how our process costing feature works today ✅: ↳ You assign an hourly cost to the role ↳ You input a time (in minutes) and frequency on the process step ↳ Then anytime that role is associated to a step it calculate the following formula:
(Time in minutes x Frequency per month)/60 )* Hourly Rate of associated role = Step cost
I'm considering using puzzle to help my students learn the processes and procedures of an advanced space station simulation. Can puzzle import PDFs of data tables, and decision matrices, as well as descriptions? Can puzzle import data from information on a website? Looks promising. Is there a support group for Puzzle?

Re Uploading PDFs — you can upload PDFs into the notes section within a step, role, section, team, or tool, sidebar. However you can't upload a PDF onto the canvas itself. I'm a tad unclear on what you mean...
