Q: Difference between "Workspace" and "Organisation" ?

Hi, I do not understand the difference between "Workspace" and "Organisation." If I am an agency and I want to create processes for clients while also documenting my own processes, how should I proceed? Thanks :)

A: Hi Nicolas, thank you for your question!

An organization encompasses all your Workspaces, where each workspace within your organization holds your company's processes, or alternatively, your client's processes.

Example:
↳ Organization = Acme Inc (Your Agency)
↳ Workspace A = Acme Inc's company operation (Your Agency Operations)
↳ Workspace B = Client XYZ's company operation (Your Client's Operations)

I'd recommend using 1 Workspace to hold all your processes for a specific company (whether it be your company's processes, or a clients).

📝 Note: Your plan's features applies to your Organization, which means all the features you have on your plan applies to *all the Workspaces* within your Organization.

Only create a new Organization if you want your Client to have their own plan! You'll notice that it's very easy to flip between Organizations, to make it easy for Agencies to either:

1️⃣ Host client workspaces under their own Organization
2️⃣ Have their clients get their Organization, and host their own Workspace

I hope this helps! Here is a help article that explains these concepts further: https://help.puzzleapp.io/en/articles/11823713-introducing-organizations-the-new-way-to-manage-users
