A: Hey no91, thank you for your question! Unfortunately, right now we don't have plans to return to AppSumo any time in the future. But our subscription plans are very reasonable and we'd love to have you in our Puzzle community if it makes sense still!

Q: Credit consumption usage

Hey Brian,

Loving nova and the continual updates, keep up the great work. I have a few questions, mainly regarding the AI and credit usage. Firstly, can we make the credit usage transparent? I've added $40 in credits so far and that seems to only last 3-4 prompts before being spent. Not every prompt required a lot of analysing, so it would be great to able to track usage.

Secondly, I read your...

A: Hey! Really appreciate the kind words and glad you're enjoying Nova. Great questions — let me take them one at a time:

1️⃣ Credit transparency — Totally fair ask. We're working on making token usage more visible so you can see exactly what each prompt costs. That's on our radar to launch in the next 4-6 weeks.

2️⃣ BYOK — This is something I'm definitely open to building. It's not on our...

Q: Exporting all the the steps into one doc?

I’m not sure if this is possible, but it would be really helpful to have the option to select a few steps, specific sections, or even the entire map and export them into a pre-formatted SOP or step-by-step guide. While I like the mapping view, there are times when I need to print or quickly reference a written guide.

A: Hey JDPeters, thanks for your question!

Right now there isn't a way to export a section or map to a pre-formatted SOP. However, we're ideating a "Guide" feature where you'll be able to stack step cards into a linear path for users to read like a more traditional step-by-step guide!

A: Great question — no, you don’t have to self-host anything.

Q: Seat Function?

How does "seat" functioning? Is it maximum that can access and edit in one time. Or kinda fixed invitation?

I already bought Tier 3 btw, want to know how exactly to count the seat. Tq

A: Hey Yassir! Happy to answer your question.

Seats are the maximum users you can invite *into the workspace* to build and edit maps, but then, you can use Public shareable views to share your workflow maps with others without inviting them as a "Seat".
