Q: I have a couple of questions
1. Is this strictly for operational purposes such as mapping workflows, or can it also be used for mindmapping and brainstorming as it is suggested as a replacement for Miro & Figma.
2. What is considered a user? If I were to create workflows here for clients, could I share an uneditable link to the workflow to clients as a guest? Or would they need to be a user? If they do need to be a user, can they be removed and replaced when they are no longer working with me?
3. I'm mapping out an offer idea for something I think this would be perfect for. Should I decide to try this out, is there a way to save something as a template and share with other users?

1. It's strictly used for operational purposes so there aren't other mind mapping or brainstorming types of objects that you can add to the Workflow canvas. The objects that you add to the Workflow canvas are called steps and they have fixed inputs. Things like step type, the roles associated, the tool, etc.
2. A user is someone you would invite to your organization. However you don't have to invite your client as a user for them to have access. There's a feature called public shareable views which allows you to share a read-only version of your workflow via a public link.
3. Yes there is a way to save workflow sections as a template and you'll be able to deploy that template across multiple workspaces, including client workspaces that you don't own. Your templates are tied to your user account, so as you flip from one Workspace to another, or one Organization to another, you'll always have your templates a few clicks away!
