1. Right now there is no open API so the only integrations that are available are the ones that we build out natively within our app.
2. No I have a team of contractors who help me across many different processes: product development, support, and design.
3. We're working on an AI feature that will allow you to dump text-based knowledge into Puzzle and it would convert it into a process map. Should be live by end of March 2026.
đ Note: Like any AI feature the output is only as good as the input so it would be important that the text-based knowledge is formatted in a way that is oriented towards Puzzle's step inputs â step name, tool, roles involved, step type, notes, etc
4. No right now the mobile app is not optimized, and unfortunately, we don't have a mobile optimized view on our roadmap yet.
