Really loving what I'm seeing so far, congrats on your launch. Here are some questions that I haven't asked yet;
Do you have any plans for white labelling client spaces?
Do we have any plans to be able to export reports for clients?
Is Puzzle primarily targeting larger organisations or private consultants and agencies?
One of the features of the plan is for templated SOPs, where are these developed from?
Is it possible to develop the feature to allow users to upload images of workflows and then it be implemented in Puzzle?
Each plan has dedicated users linked to it, does this include clients viewing spaces?
How much would it cost to add more users to a T3 plan?

1️⃣ White labeling for client spaces is on our roadmap to ship in 2026.
2️⃣ "Reports" is a tad ambiguous, but we are creating a way to export your data into .xls / .csv
3️⃣ We've developed Templates and saved them in the library; additionally you can save templates into your own gallery and re-use them across workspaces and even organizations.
4️⃣ Yes! We're building an AI agent that will take image, JSON, and other text-based inputs to generate maps automatically. You can expect this to be live by EOQ1.
5️⃣ Yes, if you want to have Clients edit the maps, they will need to be added to your Organization. However, you can use Public Share Views to share your maps with team members without inviting them to your Organization.
6️⃣ Tier 3 is equivalent to our Optimizer plan — so if you wanted to add a 7th user to that plan it's be $40 / month /user for additional users.
